Our Heritage
In 2015, the International Informational and Communication Technology Congress and Justice (IICTCJ) was conceptualised to address concerns regarding the insufficient protection of reputational data by major technology companies. The IICTCJ aims to establish a comprehensive framework for the international technology justice system, which includes protecting the privacy of individuals and businesses. The protection of reputational data is crucial to maintaining the trust of users and stakeholders in the technology industry. The IICTCJ envisions a positive tomorrow where technology companies prioritise data security and privacy and work towards building a more inclusive and equitable technological future.
Hedquarters (HQ)
The IDAZ09 Nations HQ is responsible for setting and enforcing the Data Decency conditions within the international technology justice system. This involves maintaining the data legislation standard and facilitating global transactional social security information and technology cooperation. Through these efforts, the IDAZ09 Nations HQ is committed to promoting, developing, and implementing ethical and legal standards in using technology and data. By fostering collaboration and cooperation among nations, organisations, and individuals, the IDAZ09 Nations HQ aims to create a safer and more secure digital world for everyone. The Data Decency Commission, operating under the authority of the IDAZ09 Nations HQ, is critical in enforcing these standards and ensuring that data protection is upheld. It is essential to have robust legal and regulatory frameworks to prevent the unauthorised use of client information and transactions, and the Data Decency Act provides a robust framework for prosecuting such offences. The Act has been continuously strengthened over the years to ensure that it remains practical and relevant in the face of evolving technological advances and new data privacy and security threats.
